Lars Nilsson

Lars Nilsson has a background as a researcher, politician and in the public administration. He has a research background from Stockholm, Leiden and Uppsala universities. After a period as a municipal politician and political expert at the Ministry of Communications, he was for a long time environmental director at the Swedish Road Administration / Swedish Transport Administration. He has extensive experience in infrastructure, traffic and environmental planning. He has also followed the technical development of vehicles and fuels.
